We are monitoring the COVID-19 infection rates in Chicago and across the US, and will adjust this policy as necessary. 

The conference will be following Marriott, Northwestern University, and City of Chicago COVID-19 guidelines. We encourage all attendees to wear a mask during the conference and to ensure they are fully vaccinated before attending. 

We will have mask and sanitizing products available on-site at the conference for attendees to use. Additionally, the conference hotel will be following increased cleaning protocols.

Mask Wearing

As part of our safety measures, we strongly encourage attendees to wear masks, regardless of vaccination status, at all times except when eating or drinking. Masks will be provided. N95 masks will be distributed to each attendee and surgical masks will be available at the registration desk. 

Hand Sanitizer Stations

We will have hand washing facilities and sanitizing stations easily accessible to attendees throughout the event.

Health and Safety Signage

Signage will be placed throughout the event space remind all attendees to wear masks and to frequently wash and sanitize their hands.
